Turning FEAR into Fun- Change a behavior, & Change Your Mind

This evening we will examine how a person's need for congruency (the condition where thoughts, beliefs, and actions all are in alignment) allow for rapid and long-lasting change to take place.

Tonight, we will take some long standing beliefs that most people have, examine them, and, in a few minutes, change them forever by simply changing a behavior associated with these beliefs.
